Shipping & Delivery Policy

Nothing is shipped

Densilo is software delivered digitally. No physical goods are sold or shipped, and there are no shipping charges.

How the Service is delivered

The desktop application is downloaded from this website (see Download). Your 7-day free trial starts as soon as you sign in with Google.

When you buy a plan or pay-as-you-go credit, it is added to your account automatically once Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes. The desktop application picks it up the next time you start a session. You can see your plan, its remaining allowance and its end date on your account page.

If a purchase does not appear

If your plan or credit is not shown on your account page within one hour of a successful payment, email support@densilo.com with your account ID and the payment reference and we will apply it, or refund it in full per our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
